What you will do: owners of the Chakandrila cafe will be your guides into the world of Georgian feast. First, you will cook traditional dishes according to old family recipes: khachapuri in Ajarian style and khinkali.
After your dishes are ready, there will be a table waiting for you, served with traditional food and drinks: simply every- thing that you need to feel like a Georgian on the traditional feast, which is called “supra”.
The good supra is not only tasty dishes but always good talks. There is a special person called “tamada” – a toast-master, who makes speeches, sings songs and creates a special mood for all the guests.
