Overview

Under the guidance of the Georgian cook, you will make the Adjarian khachapuri (according to the recipe of families from Adjara) and khinkali in style of mountain villages. Khachapuri “adjaruli” is a famous boat-shaped cheese pie with an egg yolk in the center. To cook it really tasty you have to know some secrets, and you will learn them!

While your khachapuri is browned in the oven, and khinkali gurgle on fire, you can listen to the stories of Georgian citizens, try wine from a family farm in Kakheti and dress up with national costumes.
