A fascinating trip to Kakheti for a group of up to 4 people, which includes: a visit to three wineries (KTW, Shilda and Mosmieri) with tastings, cooking bread in Tone, visiting a cheese factory with your participation in weaving local cheese and hand-wrapping the wine from a small but the famous winemaker Chubini.
The first stop is a visit to the KTW factory, where a tour guide through the factory talks about the method of storage and aging of wines and brandy, as well as tasting directly from the tank.
The second stop is a light snack with Guda sheep cheese from Tusheti and Shotis puri bread, which you will personally bake in Tone (Georgian stone oven)
The third stop is a visit to Chateau Mosmieri. A tour of the building and wine tasting, as well as, a small master class on cooking khinkali (optional - you can cook Pkhali, khachapuri or Baje sauce).
The fourth stop is a visit to a cheese factory and participate in the preparation of Georgian cheese.
The fifth stop at Shilda factory and lunch near the fireplace or at a huge table overlooking the vineyards.
The sixth stop - a visit to the winemaker where you can personally pour the wine into a bottle, glue the label and seal to sign it. The wine can be found on the shelves of Tbilisi wine boutiques.
